Use our search facility to find your ideal coach. You can find qualifications, previous client reviews and transformations by clicking on the coaches profile. As every client is different and has unique needs only you know what you are looking for.
You can speak to more than 1 coach that you are interested in and decide who feels right for you. At the end of the day if you can choose the right person for the right reasons you have the optimum chance of achieving your goals.
What questions should I ask my coach?
Be honest with your coach, if you feel comfortable asking them direct questions that you want to know. You have a better chance of creating a lasting relationship.
Ask your interested coach about their style of training, tell them about your current regime, how would you improve my current regime, how will you help me achieve my goals, have you helped someone like me before. There are so many questions you can ask your coach, they are here to help.
How do I choose the right coach for me?
We can’t really give you answer to this as everyone is unique and will require unique training, different needs and along with that a different approach. If you like what your coach is saying to you, they are giving you all the right answers GO FOR IT.
How do I pay my coach?
Each coach will have their own payment plans its best to discuss this with your coach.
What if my coach is not right for me?
If you are not happy with your coach, you should be honest with them and say that their style is not working for you and if there is something that can be done. Because if you’re not 100% honest with your coach, your coach won’t know the best thing for you.
